24/7 Crisis DV Hotline, DV emergency shelter, our advocates offer assistance with completing injunctions, information and referrals for legal assistance, daycare assistance through Early Learning Coalition, DCF assistance, prevention classes, safety planning, referrals for housing assistance and also utilities when able. The Executive Director provides the leadership and vision that guide Vivid Visions, Inc. in fulfilling its mission to provide safety, support, and hope to survivors of domestic violence. Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, and supporters, the Executive Director oversees daily operations, ensures quality services, secures funding, and promotes collaboration throughout the community. Committed to trauma-informed, survivor-centered care, the Executive Director advocates for survivors while leading the organization with integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Program Director-Rachael Vantrease
Rachael, Program Director / Domestic Violence Advocate
Rachael is dedicated to advancing the mission and core values of Vivid Visions, Inc. by overseeing programs and supporting staff to ensure survivors receive high-quality, compassionate, trauma-informed services. As Program Director and Domestic Violence Advocate, she provides direct support to survivors through crisis intervention, safety planning, counseling, referrals, lethality assessments, and assistance with obtaining injunctions for protection. Rachael is committed to empowering survivors, fostering hope, and helping individuals and families navigate their journey toward safety and healing.

Brandy Hood, Finance Director
Brandy Hood oversees the financial operations of Vivid Visions, Inc., managing accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and staff compliance to ensure the organization operates with integrity and accountability. With many years of dedicated service to Vivid Visions, Brandy plays an essential role in supporting the agency's mission through sound financial stewardship and administrative excellence.

Housing Initiative Coordinator-Chiquita Henry
The Housing Initiatives Coordinator helps survivors of domestic violence achieve safe, stable housing by providing individualized support and connecting them with housing resources and community services. This role assists survivors with housing navigation, rental and utility assistance, landlord coordination, budgeting, and referrals to programs that promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Working closely with community partners, the Housing Initiatives Coordinator advocates for survivors, helping remove barriers to housing while empowering individuals and families as they build a safe and independent future.

DVCWA/Co-Located Advocate- Andrea Cannington
The Domestic Violence Certified Welfare Advocate (DVCWA) provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic violence while working in partnership with the local Department of Children and Families (DCF). The advocate assists survivors with safety planning, crisis intervention, referrals to community resources, and navigating available services and public assistance programs. The DVCWA also works closely with Child Protective Investigators (CPIs) by providing expertise on the dynamics of domestic violence, offering guidance on survivor safety, and helping identify appropriate resources and interventions for families involved with DCF. Through collaboration and advocacy, the DVCWA helps ensure survivors receive informed, supportive services while promoting safety, empowerment, and positive outcomes for individuals and families.

Primary Prevention Coordinator- Jamie Barnett
The Primary Prevention Coordinator leads community education and prevention efforts to help stop domestic violence before it begins. Through partnerships with schools, businesses, civic organizations, and community groups, the coordinator provides education on healthy relationships, respectful communication, bystander intervention, and the prevention of dating and domestic violence. By increasing awareness, promoting positive social norms, and engaging the community in prevention initiatives, the Primary Prevention Coordinator helps create safer, healthier communities where everyone can thrive.

The Board of Directors provides governance, and strategic oversight for Vivid Visions, Inc. Committed to the organization's mission, Board members help guide governance related policies, ensure fiscal responsibility, support long-term planning, fundraising and more. Through their dedication and service, the Board helps strengthen the organization's impact and ensures Vivid Visions continues to provide high-quality, survivor-centered programs and services to the community.
Board meetings occur on the 2nd Monday of each month at 5:30 PM at our Administration office located at 1365 Ohio Ave N. Live Oak, Fl 32064.

Our volunteers play a vital role in helping Vivid Visions, Inc. fulfill our mission. Whether assisting with fundraising events, community outreach, or providing direct services, volunteers make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors of domestic violence.
We are always looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. Those interested in providing direct services to survivors must complete the required 30-hour CORE Competency Training, application process completed, and pass a level 2 background check before volunteering alongside our advocates.
